Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the games, apps, and websites published by ARTISON STUDIO PTE. LTD. ("Artison Studio", "we", "us") (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or playing any of our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Artison Studio is an independent game developer registered in Singapore (ARTISON STUDIO PTE. LTD.), 7 Lorong 11 Geylang, Singapore 388699. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].
How we handle your information is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or assets of our games, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
3. Age and eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old (or the minimum age set by your country), to use the Services. If you are a minor, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made on the device.
4. Purchases and virtual items
- Who takes your payment. All purchases are processed by the store you bought through — Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or another platform. We never receive or store your card or payment details. Each store's own terms govern the transaction.
- Virtual items have no real-world value. In-game currency, characters, cosmetics, upgrades, and other virtual items are part of a licence to use features of the game. They are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, under that store's refund policy. If you believe something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will help where we can — but we cannot reverse a transaction we did not process.
- Your statutory rights. Nothing in this section removes or limits any refund, cancellation, or other right you have under consumer protection law where you live. Those rights apply regardless of what this document says.
- Prices and offers. Prices, offers, and the items available may change over time, and can differ by region and currency.
5. Advertising
Some of our games are free to play and supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads — where you choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit. Watching an ad is always your choice; declining it never removes access to content you have paid for.
Ads are delivered by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. Those partners have their own privacy practices, and where the law requires it you will be shown a consent prompt before personalised ads are served. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
6. Fair play
Please play the games as intended. You agree not to cheat, use unauthorised third-party software, exploit bugs for advantage, tamper with save data or purchases, disrupt our servers, or harass other players where multiplayer or social features exist.
7. Changes to the games and availability
Games are living products. We may update, rebalance, add, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue a game or an online feature. Where a change is significant and we are able to give notice, we will. We do not guarantee that any game or feature will remain available indefinitely.
8. Intellectual property
The games, and everything in them — code, art, characters, music, sound, and text — belong to Artison Studio or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you a licence to play, not any ownership.
You are welcome to create videos, streams, screenshots, and similar non-commercial fan content featuring our games, and to monetise them through standard platform programmes such as YouTube or Twitch. Please do not present that content as official or as endorsed by us.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms — for example by cheating or manipulating purchases. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to make our games work well, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Again, this does not affect statutory rights you have as a consumer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artison Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant game in the twelve months before the claim, or SGD 100.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Additional terms for apps from the Apple App Store
Where you obtained our game from the Apple App Store, the following applies:
- These Terms are between you and Artison Studio only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content.
- Your licence to use the game is limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Artison Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide either.
- If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation in respect of the game.
- Artison Studio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the game, including product liability, failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- Artison Studio, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the game infringes intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, on your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.
13. Other stores
Where you obtained our game from Google Play, Steam, or another platform, that platform's own terms also apply to your download and purchase. If a platform's rules conflict with these Terms in respect of the purchase itself, the platform's rules govern that transaction.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country's law, and may bring proceedings there where the law allows.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our games change or the law requires. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will give additional notice in the game or on this site. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
